Scott Cody, MPP, is Senior Vice President and Sector Lead, Human Services. He provides leadership in strategic planning and implementation as well as oversight of 趣赢平台’s Education Studies Practice, and Social Policy and Economics Research Practice. Cody, a nationally recognized expert in evidence-based decisionmaking, is known for his innovative approaches to program evaluation and program improvement, and his ability to translate complex evidence into clear, actionable intelligence. His methodological expertise includes experimental and nonexperimental evaluation design, machine learning, microsimulation, rapid process improvement, and systematic reviews.
Cody has led major studies for the U.S. Departments of Agriculture and Education and has worked with the U.S. Department of Labor; the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office of Planning, Research, and Evaluation; the Congressional Research Service; and the U.S. Department of Energy.
From 2018-22, Cody served as Senior Vice President at Insight Policy Research (now 趣赢平台), where he provided oversight for the Food and Nutrition, Education, Family Support, Workforce Development, and Data Science practice areas.
